There really is no hidden secret to staying healthy. We all can be active in our own ways. It will look different in everyone's life. Some will run 4 miles in the afternoon and some will stretch for 30 mins. in the morning. Do what you can do – Just do something every day.
Speak to your doctor before doing any exercise program or joining a gym. If you have physical limitations find out what exercise routine works best for you.
Be sure to stay hydrated when doing any intensive physical activity.
You can stay active just by keeping up with your daily activities. Make it fun and pick up the pace.
Staying active contributes to a better mood, stronger bones, better sleep, and better overall health. You and everyone around you will benefit from a healthier you.
Be more active by simply keeping your routine but making better choices: Take the stairs, park further, stand instead of sitting, etc.
Your outer appearance alone is how you show up somewhat for others and your healthy appearance is how you show up for yourself.
