Self-Reflection Points
Whenever you make big changes in your life you need support to keep moving forward. However, to move forward with your goal to build a better life for yourself your first and biggest cheerleader has to be you!
Remember to keep in active contact with your support persons' places and activities even when you feel you don't need them.
Be sure your new changes are in harmony with your V.E.S.P.M. health.
Making a change in your lifestyle can be hard at first, even if it's a good lifestyle change. Keep in mind that the benefits will always outweigh the loss.
Success feels great! Reward yourself with a hug or some act of self-love every time you make a healthy life choice.
When you feel like going back to your old way of doing things think about what led you to make this change in the first place. This will help you to hold yourself accountable.
Some things look good on the outside, and you may find out that's where it needs to stay. Don't force yourself to do or be someone or do something you are not comfortable with.
Happiness is the key to making changes. "Love Never Hates It Motivates"
