WHERE do you feel challenged when it comes to setting your V.E.S.P.M. boundaries?
WHY is it important to think about why you picked your particular V.E.S.P.M. plan?
HOW often do you think your V.E.S.P.M. plan will change?

Self-Reflection Points
We all have basic V.E.S.P.M. needs, for us to thrive these needs must be fulfilled. It is up to you to set boundaries. These boundaries will look different at different times in your life.
Remember you are the superstar of the show called "YOUR LIFE" you decide what role you will play in it. However, in any role you play, you will always be the "STAR"
Check your circle/environment "(co-stars/script and scene)" regularly. Are the people and experiences around you in line with your VESPM plan? Can you turn to them or refer to those experiences when you need support?
"Trust your gut" If something no longer feels right, stop and look at the situation a little more closely. It may be time to make some changes. Your growth journey will enlighten you not always the people around you.
Only you can choose what your V.E.S.P.M. will look like in your life.
If a person doesn't care for their own basic V.E.S.P.M. needs why would they care for yours?
