WHAT do you do when someone has different Values, Ethics, Spirituality, Physical, and Mental health plan than yours?
WHERE have you set your boundaries when it comes to your V.E.S.P.M. Plan?
WHY is it important to be honest when sharing your V.E.S.P.M. beliefs?
WHEN a person decides to change their V.E.S.P.M. beliefs because of you, what should you do?
HOW do culture and environment affect your V..E.S.P.M. plan?
Write and post your personal V.E.S.P.M. chart where you can see it daily. Keep in mind that your V.E.S.P.M. may differ in detail from another person's V.E.S.P.M. Make yours particular to your beliefs. So what does your VESPM chart look like? Is it in harmony with your purpose and goals in life? What drives your decisions?
Sample: Someone's personal V.E.S.P.M. may read MPVES according to their beliefs.
Self-Reflection Points
Your Values, Ethics, Spirituality, Physical, and Mental Health is constant and ever-changing due to your growth and knowledge. Your boundaries may be different from person to person.
When you know better you should do better.
If you find yourself saying “I should” instead of "I will" or “you know what they say” instead of "I know because". That should send off alarms letting you know you are following someone else's belief system NOT your own. When you truly believe something that is true to you, you will own it.
Be aware of people that are just trying to win you over for the moment. Manipulators are willing to change for a little while. But rest assured they will go back to their true selves when the time is right. "a wolf in sheep's clothing"
Each person's V.E.S.P.M. plan will look different because we are all unique. However, every human has basic needs, wants, and skills that are needed to attain optimum Values, Ethics, Spirituality, Physical, and Mental Health.
Q - In this session did you learn how to set filtered boundaries while in a relationship?
