You just made yourself feel two very different ways according to what YOU CHOSE to think and focus on.  Before any emotion comes a thought must come first. Pay attention to what YOU CHOOSE to think about and focus on.

WHY does the body react to other people's words?

WHEN someone tries to "remind" you or "share" negative words or thoughts with you what should you do?

HOW will you use the power of your mind to brighten your day?
