WHY should you never give up no matter how much time it takes to accomplish your goals?
WHEN someone in your circle becomes a weak link what should you do?
HOW has a supportive environment contributed to your success?
Self-Reflection Points
A good supportive environment should consist of one or more persons in each area of your V.E.S.P.M. Circle. Friends, family, and professionals. Always stay in contact with healthy people.
Having helpful resources closely available is essential. Books, websites, links, learning tools, etc,
Always have a backup plan; listen to music, watch a movie, write out your prayers, read your gratitude journal, etc.
Discover some healthy habits that make you feel better. Try a new meal with someone, go for a walk, exercise, meditate on something positive, stretch, etc.
Sometimes, when you're doing new, greater things in your life, you may need to be around new people and visit new places. Broaden your outlook on life.
Remember to be around people who can support you in reaching your goal. Encouraging words can take you far.
