WHY should you have a full VESPM support team at all times? Can you name the 5 on your team?
WHEN you can't control the environment you are in, what should you do?
HOW has a supportive environment contributed to your success?
Self-Reflection Points
A good supportive environment should consist of at least three or more people. Personal, professional/s & spiritual person/s'.
Having helpful resources closely available is essential for when no one is available.
Always have a backup plan; listen to music, watch a movie, write out your prayers, read your gratitude journal, go for a walk, get a hobby, etc. Discover some healthy habits that make you feel better.
Sometimes, when you're doing new, greater things in your life, you may need to be around new people and visit new places. Broaden your outlook on life.
