Key Questions
WHO is your main source of stress?
WHAT are some activities that may cause you to feel overwhelmed?
WHERE is a place you can experience a positive interaction with others?
WHY should you actively seek out positive things during the day?
WHEN we take things for granted what can happen?
HOW can we pick the right battles to address?
LIFE IS
Positivity will become my new way of thinking,
I will only receive positive energy into my body
and I will only give positive energy into this world
as I have only taken from it
I have gluttonously Looked at its beauty,
Smelled its pleasant scents
Taste its variety of flavors
Felt its many textures
Heard the earth singing its soothing songs through nature.
I will take time to Meditate on all the things I'm grateful for.
Self-Reflection Points
Positive things are happening all around you every day. It is up to you to embrace these moments.
You have the right to feel good & proud about the wonderful life you have been blessed to live. If you reflect on the positive moments and embrace your environment you can change the vibe of the entire world.
The more personal reflection time you take you will learn your positive and negative trigger words, smells, foods, places, people, etc. you will be able to retrain your old negative unconscious habits into positive ones.
Every day you will experience and positively process some type of stress. Whether it be good stress, that makes you feel excited or really motivated, or bad stress that makes your body feel tight, angry, or nervous.
One way to enjoy life is to properly process experiences throughout your day. It is very important that you train yourself how to “pick your battles” in a healthy way.
So remember to take time to "stop and smell the roses". (if you are not allergic lol)
Each day, think of 5 different things you are grateful for. Show gratitude to the world, your body, your family, your material things, your abilities, and all the things you LOVE. Don't forget your blessings. AMEN
