Key Questions

WHO is your main source of stress?

WHAT are some activities that may cause you to feel overwhelmed?

WHERE is a place you can experience a positive interaction with others?

WHY should you actively seek out positive things during the day?

WHEN we take things for granted what can happen?

HOW can we pick the right battles to address?


Stress - The perceived danger of something that is not or may never happen; In expectation or preparation for danger or a negative situation. Choosing to have a negative perspective on life.


LIFE IS

Positivity will become my new way of thinking, 

I will only receive positive energy into my body

and I will only give out positive energy to this world

as long as I'm here from my place of serenity. 

I will now change my perception, Yes, the road is clear. All obstacles are now moved out of my way.

BREATHE  IN & OUT BREATHE  IN & OUT BREATHE  IN & OUT BREATHE  IN & OUT

I have gluttonously Looked at Earth's beauty,

Smelled its pleasant scents

Taste its variety of flavors

Felt its many textures

Heard the earth singing its soothing songs through nature.

I will take time to Meditate on all the things I'm grateful for.
