Values, Ethics, Spirituality, Physical, and Mental

VESPM Beliefs

Your VESPM Beliefs are the choices you make according to what you believe

3 Types of V.E.S.P.M. Plans

VESPM Health – The boundaries you choose

VESPM Belief – The choices you make

VESPM Circle – The people you are around

Values

Your values are usually set up during childhood by your STANDARDS of living and your environment.  You are taught how to FEEL about what has a high or low value depending on what you have in comparison to others. This can show up in the way you show and accept charity from others.

What do you feel mostly proud of yourself for?

How do you measure success?

What is the worst way a person can let you down?

Ethics

We are born with STANDARDS which govern our belief system that control the RESPONSES we take when a situation arises. Our ethics are what we believe is right at the time. It's about becoming the best person you can be according to what you believe to be right.

What do you feel is always right?

Would you choose religion over what is kind?

How do you handle conflicts of interest?

Spirituality

A higher connection to all living things great and small. A strong flow of LOVE of Goodness that surpasses a need for judgment. The ability to feel and work in HARMONY with the bigger picture for the goodness of all mankind.

When do you know you are in harmony with everything around you?

Do you feel an inner peace, and can others feel that peace as well?

Why do you feel there is a need to feel that inner connection?

Physical Health

According to the laws of nature, our bodies PERFORM best when we have a balanced level of our physical needs met. We treat ourselves according to the PRECEPTION of what we've been taught a balanced view of physical health is. These two are different from person to person.

What do you believe a person must do to have a good quality of life?

Do you believe avoiding unnatural foods and exercising is the key to a longer life or/a stronger one?

How much time do you spend caring for your physical health each day?

Mental Health

Your mental health is essential for you to identify what's going on around you and SET BOUNDARIES.  It is the basis of how you choose to FEEL about the choices you make according to your BELIEF SYSTEM.

Are you able to live out your purpose without violating your boundaries?

What are some rooted beliefs you may have to change?

Can you identify any generational conditioning that may have been passed down in your family?
